Children with Leukaemia - Sandstorm Boutique lot raises £780.00 and event raises £420,00.00

Please accept our warmest thanks once again, on behalf of all of us at CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA, for so very kindly donating a one-off piece of swimwear and voucher for additional beachwear for us to auction at The Marion Rose Ball. As you can see from the attached Prize Brochure, this featured as Lot 46. Our winning bid was £780.00 and we are delighted to have this donation for the charity.

I know you will be pleased to hear that the evening raised over £420,000 for CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA and we are very grateful for your generous contribution to this fundraising success.

One of our primary objectives at CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA is to provide funding for pioneering research projects that look to establish the causes of childhood leukaemia, that improve and develop existing treatments for childhood leukaemia and that look into finding a way of preventing childhood leukaemia from happening. However, there is much more to be done before leukaemia becomes a disease of the past.

Lizzie Cundy meets up with Sandstorm Boutique - the designer swimwear specialists!

The Dorchester, London

Sandstorm Boutique met up with lovely Lizzie Cundy this week. The girls from Sandstorm, Dee Carpenter, Lizzie and her agent had an exciting meeting in the plush Dorchester Hotel in Central London. The Dorchester was elegantly gorgeous and Lizzie looked stunning and was her usual bubbly, gracious self.

The guys and girls at The Dorchester were great. They really looked after everyone.

Just lattes and cups of tea! There was no room on the table for anything else as it was strewn with stunning sparkly/frilly bikinis and swimsuits. Everyone wanted to know what was so exciting on our table and many a head turned and people strained to see what we were all so animated about!
